Due to the fragile nature of paper, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
What is the shipping process like?
We pack our cards in non-bendable, water resistant mailers to ensure it arrives to you safely and securely.
When will I get my order?
To ensure your card arrives in ample time for its desired purpose, we ship all orders by the following business day (or same business day if placed before noon EST). We use and support The USPS for all of our shipping needs, please check The USPS website for the latest service alerts in your area to determine an accurate estimate of when your order will be delivered.
Where are your products manufactured?
We design and hand-produce all of our cards in New York City!
